Is my topic right for coaching?
Coaching can be used successfully in a huge variety of situations, some of which are referenced under Zoë’s specialisms: Leadership, Transition, Re-igniting the passion and Performance, but there are many, many more situations where coaching can have a significant impact.
Typically people use coaching where it is important to perform at their best and meet their full potential, or they are feeling ‘stuck’ in some way.
If you are unsure whether your topic is right for coaching, contact Zoë for a no obligation discussion; email zoe@creightoncoaching.co.uk, or phone 01737 550926

How much does coaching cost?
Coaching is less expensive than many people think and significant progress can often be made in a small number of sessions.
Hourly rates vary according to the nature of the assignment but an initial, no obligation, discussion will give you a better idea of the likely cost to achieve your goals for coaching.
Creighton Coaching and Consulting will never tie you into a large number of coaching sessions – you only continue as long as you feel it adds value.
Coaching can be more cost and time effective than other forms of intervention, such as training, or using business advisors, since it is tailored entirely to the individuals, their learning style and their situation and if required it can continue to support clients through implementation.

How do I choose a coach?
The most important thing about choosing a coach is finding
someone you are comfortable to be open and honest with.
After an initial discussion with a prospective coach ask yourself these questions:
• Do I trust him/her?
• Can I tell him/her anything without feeling judged?
• Will they be able to challenge me to think differently and do I feel safe enough to allow myself to
be challenged?
• Can she/he capture and summarise accurately what I’m trying to say?
• Do I feel we’re connecting and does he/she seem to have an excitement and energy around my goals?
